They had my car for over 2 months with nothing done to it. They outsourced the work to a third party who was rather rude and hard to reach when trying to find out what was going on with my car.

They will charge you a $75 diagnostic fee even if you tell them 100% accurate what the problem is there so there is no diagnostic necessary!!

Each time I've gone to Yocum Automotive I've been very pleased. They are very nice and get the job done correctly, and their prices are also very reasonable. I will continue to take my cars there for maintenance and repairs.
