I had to process this for 24-hours if I was going to invest my time into a write-up like this. I am not one to bash any company or people in any way shape or form. But my conversation with this company really inspired me in a negative way and in a good way. Tough me what I want in a company and what I do not want. As a new business owner, X-CPA & Attorney who retired to invest in a restaurant. I had to write this.
What I do not want - a company that gets on the phone with you in the following fashion,
Let me first say, the communication was horrible, we had to try 4 times before we finally spoke but it's what he said that got me, verbatim he said I can't do this it's to much the echo I'm hearing. I stated that I will try the Bluetooth, still did not work. Took it off speaker and Bluetooth and the conversation started. Maybe he was frustrated from that, nevertheless, I will not forget this experience. I really wanted to use a company from Miami to support local business and I am disheartened by this.
Just imaging you talking to a company and they say, and I quote you chad (LET ME STOP YOU RIGHT THERE AND TELL YOU HOW WE WORK). I did not capitalize his name to allow him to reflect on how unimportant he is as he made me feel that way. Moreover, how much competition they have.
1.) Unprepared - He had no idea what my business was nor the reason for my call. When I looked up their website Chad Barber is the Founder - CEO. It made me wonder if that's the owners’ attitude, how's the staff any different? Was not prepared even after they send me questioned that I took my time to feel. I filled out a form before we
2.) Super and extremely arrogant - having a conversation with me and as I'm not good enough to be talking to him. Totally disregarding my ideas and thoughts I had for my company and said 3-4 times we only work with the best, we are top-notch, high level all this BS when first off, I know they are not but I was looking to support a local company.
3.) As I am talking, he is half hearing, rudely, and abruptly continuously interruptive. Moreover, right away revealing an exaggerated sense of importance, talent, and own importance or abilities. Pretty much extremely high on himself. Trust me folks this was arrogance, not confidence.
4.) In my almost 30 years of Legal, Finance, Business, working with people in the Digital Marketing roam, he was the top 5 worst and most unprofessional people I have ever spoken with. I would say in the category of even working with arrogant attorneys who some are friends and colleagues. He outranked them.
I would not recommend this company to my competition or anyone for that matter. They need some serious internal training. Or maybe it is after you start paying them that they will start talking to you better. This guy is the biggest Joker I have spoken with. I added another picture, so he sees and knows exactly who I am.
I GAVE THEM A 1-STAR BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ZERO
