Businesses who wish to be included in our business directory, or participate in our Service in any way may be asked to provide information such as a business name, website url, telephone number, physical address, email address, description of business, service areas, business category and/or keyword information, credit card information, and other contact information (collectively, "Business Information"). Some Business Information may be Personal Information. If this information is collected by us via telephone, you acknowledge that we may be recording your telephone call for our training or quality control purposes during such call.
Information we gather from your use of our Site.

Business Profile Information
EZlocal allows creating a publically available business profile based on the information provided by the following sources:
- Business owners
- Authorized company representatives
- Marketing/SEO agencies
- Third-party listings distributors and data aggregators
If you, or your authorized representative listed above, include your personal information as a part of the business profile (e.g., part of business name, address, phone number, business description, coupons, images, etc.), you are giving EZlocal permission to publish this information in a public domain.
It is the sole responsibility of you, or your authorized representative listed above, to ensure that information supplied as a part of the business profile does not contain any personal information.
To exercise the right to remove the business information, you (or your authorized representative listed above) may use available tools (EZlocal dashboard or third-party tools) to remove the business profile, or by submitting a request to us.
Information Corrections or Changes
You have the ability to correct or change certain information in our records, such as your address and contact information. The process for changing the information occurs when you log in. Information Use
We collect information from you and our users to administer our business activities and to measure and improve our Site and Service. Information collected from users may be used in aggregate form to, among other things, determine the total number of users who are using our Service, prepare utilization reports for our business partners, and perform statistical analyses to enable us to build more useful online services. We may use your contact information to send you information about services, important events, announcements and changes to our Site or to our policies. We may use the information collected from you to show advertising and promotions tailored to your interests. If you submit a request for information about EZlocal through our website, we may use your email address to assist you with any issues you may have. You may elect not to receive, or opt-out of, receiving certain information from us, but may not unsubscribe from announcements relating to our policies and the Site, unless you choose to have us delete your Personal Information. If we delete your Personal Information, we may not be able to provide Services and will not be able to maintain your entry information for any contests or sweepstakes that you have entered.
Business Information: We use Business Information to create account profiles for businesses, to include businesses in our listings and other services, and to market EZlocal services, and those of our business partners to such businesses. We may sell or otherwise distribute to third parties any Business Information that you provide to us as we determine in our sole discretion, regardless of whether such Business Information is Personal Information or Non-Personal Information. Your termination of any services with Local or our Partners will not result in your deletion of your Business Information, nor will we necessarily discontinue our use, sale or distribution of your Business Information following your termination except as required by law. We will not provide your billing information to any third party except as necessary to provide or assist our Service. Businesses may edit their information by contacting our Support Team at cs@ezlocal.com or as we otherwise provide as part of our Service.
Personal Information: We may combine your Personal Information that we have with other information that we obtain from business partners or other companies. We may also combine your Personal Information with Non-Personal Information. If we do so, the combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined.
Demographic and profile data are also collected at the Site. We use this information in order to customize our Site to analyze and enhance our Site and to distribute statistics and marketplace information about the Site. Such information will always be in the aggregate and not about individual users.
Cookies and Web Beacons
When you visit an EZlocal web page or Service, a cookie that uniquely identifies your browser may be sent to your computer or mobile device. EZlocal works with third parties to serve ads on our Sites. These ads may contain cookies and/or action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness and gather completely anonymous information. We have no access to or control over these cookies or action tags.
We currently use the services of web analytics companies to help us measure the effectiveness of our Service, including the advertising on the Service. To do this, we allow the web analytics companies to include web beacons and cookies on business profiles and search results pages. The type of information collected via such web beacons and cookies includes search terms, search parameters, click-throughs by users, and other similar information. By supplementing our records, this information helps us learn things like user preferences, popular search categories, click-through rates, how to improve our Service, and what kinds of offers our users like to see. Most, if not all, of the advertisements appearing on the Service are delivered to you by one of our web advertising partners. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity.
