Walked in and described what I thought was a fan issue. They attempted a quick fix right then which didn't work. They had to order a new one and I had my computer back in less then a week. Hardly makes a sound.

When Best Buy told me I'd have to get a new computer, they took it apart and fixed it for a cheap price. Great customer service. Wouldn't choose another place to go from here on out.
