Your home will receive the exact same marketing and exposure a traditional 6% Realtor would offer. You handle negotiations and closing.

With our Full Representation Package you receive all the benefits of our For Sale by Owner Package, but we handle all negotiations, paperwork and represent your best interests through to closing. You can count on constant communication from us throughout the entire process. If you choose our FSBO option and then feel you want more help, you can upgrade to our Full Representation Package, and simply pay the difference at the time of upgrade & closing.
