With a BS in Exercise Science from Gonzaga University, personal training certifications from the ACSM, ACE Youth Fitness Specialist, AFPA Pre/Post Natal, and 20+ years of coaching / training experience, Maria has both the expertise and know-how to safely guide you towards your goals in a fun and productive way. As a former elite athlete and now a mother of two, she understands that life has many transitions and that our needs evolve with age. That’s why Maria tailors programming specifically to meet you where you are - whether you’ve never worked out or are a competitive athlete – you can trust that each workout is customized to meet your needs. The best part is that she will train you at a location of your choice – virtually, in home or outdoors. Ultimately, she’s here to support you in living your best life.
