Our names are Bobby and Micki Rickards and we are the owners of Rickards Home Monitoring. Both of us have lived on the Shore our whole lives and are honored to service our community. Currently living in Ocean Pines / Berlin, Md. with our 3 youngest children, (we also have two grown children) and fur babies, we noticed the numerous amount of vacant homes sitting empty in the off season. After commencing with friends and family, we understand the need for a reliable home monitoring company in our area to care and watch over your greatest investments on the off season. We understand the urgency to have someone close by to check on your property after bad weather strikes or in the event of an emergency such as fire or major water leaks.
