Nancy is a Certified Distressed Property Specialist (CDPE), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). A definite game changer, Ms. Alert was nominated into RE/MAX Hall of Fame for earning over a million dollars in two years, highlighted in Who's Who in Black Washington DC and featured as a technology innovator in Black Enterprise Magazine. Nancy served as the executive producer for the anti-bullying-event, Bully Free Beautiful Me, and has made several speaking appearances for various women’s business organizations, local schools, and universities, including her alma mater’s Communications Department’s Advanced Public Relations class. She is a committed, socially conscious entrepreneur who lends her expertise and unconventional approach to business in her role as an esteemed judge for The Final Pitch, a televised competition for early stage entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas and concepts to compete for the chance to win $10,000 and professional business support services. Through her many supporting roles and contributions, combined with over 20 years in residential and commercial real estate, Ms. Alert is dedicated to living her dreams while helping others real realize theirs. She is a graduate of Howard University with Bachelors’ degrees in both Marketing and Environmental Science and Design. Nancy currently resides at National Harbor, Maryland and loves fine dining, live music concerts, traveling, hiking and shopping.
