Colonial Florist has merged with York Flowers! York has the confidence of two long time Annapolis Floral Institutions – Flowers by James and now Colonial Florist, to bring each’s clients into the York Flowers Family of Florists serving Annapolis and Anne Arundel County.



For your convenience the same Colonial phone number and website are still available. We have expanded their product line to include our gourmet and fruit baskets and a larger selection of fresh flowers as well as delivering to a broader area around Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. York Flowers can design and deliver your floral expressions for any occasions into the Washington DC metro area from our original location on Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington DC.



York Flowers has been open in the DC – Maryland and Northern Virginia since 1942. We opened our second location in Annapolis in April 2004 when we merged with Flowers by James on State Circle.



Our variety of services includes weddings, special events, stunning weekly floral deliveries and holiday décor installations to lush interior and exterior plantscapes. Our team designs and maintains spaces in keeping with your company brand and vision. For your convenience we also offer full service corporate event design and generous gift giving programs year-round!
