What Does the Residential Cleaning Service Include?
At, Cleaning Ladies, we complete all standard home cleaning services to fit your budget, including:

• Vacuuming
• Cleaning living areas/dens/studies/formal dining rooms
• Changing bed linens
• Making the beds
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Cleaning baseboards and window sills
• Dusting
• Wiping down furniture, shelves, knick knacks, pictures, ceiling fans
• Bathrooms, including: cleaning toilets, tubs, showers, vanity surfaces and sink, mirrors, and sweeping & mopping floor
• Need the walls washed, light fixtures cleaned, inside oven or refrigerator cleaned, or windows cleaned ? Those services will cost a little extra.
• Remember, your 1st INITIAL cleaning is like a deep cleaning, to include most of all services. What exactly does that mean? This just means that we are very thorough on the first clean, and that the initial quote will seem a little higher then followed up cleanings, if you choose to become a regular client. No matter what, we've got you covered, and we try to work around your budget!


We do move-in and move-out cleanings, as well as, surprise cleanings. Some of our customers love to surprise family members with a clean house after they've had a baby, after a hospital stay, or after the holidays – and we are there to make that surprise all it can be.

Sure, we're in the business to make money, but we're excited about meeting people as well. We want our clients to be satisfied, but we also aim to make them our friends. Are you Moving?
We offer final Interior clean outs! This is deep cleaning plus removing all debris, saw dust, hand and foot prints, interior/exterior windows, paint splatter, detailed tile & grout cleaning, scuff marks, dusting the ceilings, all trim, baseboards, window frames, faces-sides-tops of doors, extra services are included on these jobs, buffing and waxing if applicable, vents!

EXTRA Services-cleaning chandeliers, crystal, inside large appliances (oven refrigerator dishwasher etc), spot carpet cleaning with a deep cleaning machine, interior/exterior windows, laundry, organizing closets, organizing office spaces, straightening up prior to cleaning (pre-clean). You want it done we can do it! Take the stress and pressure of cleaning off you and put it on us!

Deep Cleaning
We offer Deep Cleaning in the following areas such as baseboards, light fixtures, in and out of the microwave, dust anything out of reach, blinds, exterior cabinets, fans, outside of vents, cobwebs in the corners, food stains/grease prints on walls and trim, refrigerator-stoves-ovens all of these have an extra charge! Worth it to not have to deal with the mess yourself!

How About Commercial Cleaning?
Residential spaces are all very similar to each other; commercial spaces are quite different, but we can clean both equally well. Call us to stop by for an estimate. We need to visit our commercial customers to create a site-specific estimate. The estimate depends on square footage, number of bathrooms and tasks to be included. For example, if you want individual work spaces cleaned, that's more expensive than restricting our cleaning to the common spaces only.

We clean everything such as rental home/apartment/duplexes and we can do this when you move in/move out. Everything deep cleaning plus extra services!

Do you need us to be flexible about scheduling? We can do that. For example, coming out to clean your business before it opens or after you close shop! Let us work up an estimate for your business.
