Founded in 2016, The Dojo and Fit Club is a martial arts school and fitness center that strives to provide a quality training experience for students both young and old. We stress the fundamentals of respect, discipline, and character while providing a full body workout. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that our students reach their full potential whether that goal is losing weight and getting in shape, learning how to defend themselves, or winning championships. We accomplish this by staying active and competing ourselves for training in any form is truly a lifelong experience.
