Life in Our Park
Enjoying life in Magnolia Pines is easy when you know you and your family are safe. A fence protects three sides of the property and a seasonal creek along the fourth side. Access is remote controlled by an electronic gate and remote control opener. Each site has tall trees, full hook ups, night lighting, and parking area. Dogs are allowed as long as they don't excess 20lbs.
Each morning streetlights go off, and each evening, they go on. Quiet hours are enforced and start at 9:00 p.m. No visitors are admitted after 10:00 p.m.
Amenities
Depending on the size of your RV, many monthly rental spaces are available. Choose from 30 and 50 amp hookups. Along with wireless Internet, our park offers coin-operated laundry services in a separate room. Enjoy a warm, relaxing shower in our clean, new facilities. Mini warehouses are available for rent during your stay. Residents may engage in basketball, tennis, and other activities next door at Unity Park.
