Worst Company I have ever dealt with by anasmustafa on 1/21/2022

 

This company took my money and never shipped me my product. I pre-ordered an item for $300 on Ebay in March 2021. In September I contacted A&Z and they advised the item is still not released but will be available in November. In December I tried contacting them through Ebay and their website and no one ever responded. I then called Ebay and Paypal to open a case and they ended up not being able to help. Ebay said they have a 30 day guarantee and it was past that at this point. Paypal said they can only help in the first 6 months of the purchase date. I therefore decided to look up A&Z on Google to advise them that I never received the item and that it was never shipped to me and I just want them to send the item. I assumed they would be helpful as any honest company would either offer a refund or ensure the product is sent to the customer. The guy on the phone advised me he can not do anything to help and said I have to deal with Ebay which I advised isn't helping as its past their guarantee period. I advised that I paid for the item in full and A&Z received the money almost one year ago and they never sent me the item. It is A&Z's responsibility to ensure the item is sent to me as they were the seller and they were the ones paid for it. The guy on the phone said there is nothing he can do to help. I was respectful during the call and making an obvious point but he just kept insisting there is nothing they can do for me and I'm basically not getting the item or my money back. I asked if I could have the owners name and call back to talk to him as that isn't fair to just take my money and not send me the product or offer a refund. He said if the owner wants to talk to you he will call you and then advised this is the end of the call and hung up the phone on me.

I am now out $300 for an item that I paid for to A&Z that they never shipped it out and are completely unwilling to send the product to me or give me a refund. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. They literally took my money and sent me nothing in return. I highly recommend against ever purchasing anything from this company as they clearly do not care about their customers and didn't care one bit to make an effort to resolve this issue.
