They have so many great books in here and the prices are a little stiff but what I suggest is that if there is a book that you want, buy it, don?t wait for it to go.

Compared to a couple of the newer stores I've been in, this location in mid-Cities is older, dirtier, messy and, based on 1 visit, not as friendly.
As always, I find a large selection, but most of the times can't find the "latest" titles…

I really enjoy HPB stores... they have a good selection of used books - and CD's, and their clearance prices can't be beat.
However - I have to say that the prices that they GIVE you for your used books are pretty low... I'd rather trade…

This is a good place to find hard to find books or movies. They offer used and new books. They are organized. Sometimes you can find that old movie that has been hard to find anywhere else. They also carry stationary items and calenders.…

The store has good deals exspecailly in the clearence area. Granted, you may come across a book here and there that you may be able to find elese where cheaper. Over all it is good.

They have a good selection of books and tapes, fair selection of magazines, and modest selection of cards and gift items. Prices are good. The offered prices on dropoffs is often disappointing.

This is really a neat place to find something special. They sell everything from records, books and moies. They also purchase anything that you are done with. This is a great place to take your kids.

I love this store because can always find the book that you are looking for at a huge discount . The prices are exceptional for used books. However, they are horrible about giving you a fair price for your gently used books.
