Poor Care by Guest G. via Judy's Book on 1/11/2010 Dr. doesn't listen well enough; doesn't really want to help you with problems if there is not a quick fix. Acts as if you are not being honest about your symptoms; does not want to prscribe medicine. Does not have a good bedside manner.

He's okay... by Charissa N via Insider Pages on 4/27/2009 Dr.Kuo is a very quirky man. He is an excellent doctor with horrible bed side manner. He makes things very awkward and has an odd sense of humor. Only go to him if its completely necessary.
