One missing item from my spa experience was the use of the steam room. This has been available in the past but was not active this time. This is a valuable resource that should be maintained in the offerings.

Wonderful massage and pedicure! Very relaxing and professional. Both ladies were so pleasant. I will definitely visit the spa again the next time we stay at the Peabody. Highly recommend the Gould's Spa!

The entire experience was calming and relaxing. My spa day consisted of a massage and a facial. Both staff members (Lisa and Ayanna) were very professional and provided excellent service. I will definitely be back soon.

very nice experience. The only thing I would say is that the gym noise radiates into the spa rooms but not sure if there's a solution. Maybe consider adding white noise into the music.

Friendly, professional and therapeutic. Those are the reasons I keep going back to Gould's Peabody. This location also happens to be a short walk from home, but I would drive across town to go to this location of I had to.

Fabulous facilities. Staff are very welcoming and take care of everything. Just walk in, relax, and let them handle it. Massage was great, prices are reasonable and service above par.

I took my two girls for a day of pampering. The only "problem" I had was that I was told we would all have our pedicure at the same time and we did not. Other than that it was quite enjoyable.
