We are an established family owned and operated business and have remained at the same location since 1992. Craig has been the owner and operator since opening and also has years of Heavy Collision Repair training. Cheryl came in 1996 as the only certified female auto body technician in the area, which helps in estimating repairs. She is also the office manager. We are an I-Car Gold Class Shop since 2005, have retained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau since 2009, and are active members of the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce.

Personal Touch expanded into Car Audio and accessories in 2008, and into the Welding & Machine shop in 2010. As of 2013, Personal Touch partnered with Hertz car rental as a satellite rental location.

Personal Touch Audio offers a wide variety of speakers and accessories for any budget, including marine applications. Radios featuring CD, MP3, Bluetooth, SD Card, iPhone, and USB capabilities. Durable speaker boxes for any application or speaker size available. Professional installation is available!
