Not reliable at all by justincredibletravis on 1/29/2021 I reserved a truck last week for this coming Saturday, hired movers, arranged trucks, and took off work. Got an email from Leslie at Enterprise the day before saying that they didn't have a truck available even though I had a reservation... I call, she said sorry, spoke with her so called "manager " Eray (who is useless). Offered no solution, or any help for his lack of management skill as the "manager" of this establishment. He is rude and didn't seem to even care that this has put me in a situation to lose thousands of dollars. Probably because he is used to poor management of this fleet. Eray wouldn't even offer his last name or district manger information. Stay away from this place because you will be in a bind... they also charge for Sunday rental even if you don't need it Sunday and their explanation was so that they could have a "day off". YOU ARE PAYING EXTRA DAYS SO THEY CAN HAVE A DAY OFF....
