Best restaurant in Chattanooga by Tastetest420 via Citysearch on 2/2/2012 I am so thrilled that Sitar is now open in downtown Chattanooga. Their food is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend any of the combination plates if you have a guest. You will not be disappointed!!
