Dr. Kellogg, board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS), is a general surgeon specializing in general surgery. Dr. Kellogg joined University Surgical Associates in August 2014. Dr. Kellogg has office hours at USA's Dayton office Monday (8:30 am-noon), Tuesday (1-4:30 pm), Friday (8:30-noon), and at USA's Hixson office every other Thursday (9-noon). Dr. Kellogg performs surgery at Rhea County Medical Center, Plaza Surgery Center at Erlanger, and CHI Memorial Hixson.
