Mc Murray Dry Cleaners=poor customer service by Earla C via Insider Pages on 7/21/2009

Very poor customer service. They lost an area rug taken in for cleaning, took weeks to admit it was lost, only offered to pay 1/3 of the value and even then still did not provide the check.
