What a WASTE of Money by Rocky T on 3/11/2020
Very disappointed in Terraboost Media. We signed and paid for 12 month contract. Our display was going in the local Jewel here in Sugar Grove. As customer come into the store. Its a nice concept but it doesn't work that way at all. This past weekend was the final straw. The Kiosk with our product literature was pushed way back in the front entrance of Jewel. It was buried behind all the carts. No one could see it. This has been the common issue with terraboost media. They promise us that the Terraboost media kiosk would be upfront display as Jewel customers come into the store. The reality is Jewel does not care at all. Jewel's marketing people have said so many times. The display is moved around all over the place. Its never upfront. The Jewel marketing people responded to our complaints with "that they never promised it would be upfront, etc." Jewel got our money. That's what they wanted. This blas%C3%83%C2%A9 attitude is why Jewel is losing customers every day. They lost us. We would never use Terraboost again. They sold us on a great concept. The problem is they couldn't control the outcome. What a WASTE of money!!
