We minimize waste by providing reusable garment bags and quality hangers, using or donating all fabric scraps, and accepting clothing donations to use either as fabric or donate to a local artist. All of the paper products used are made of recycled material. We compost fabric, paper, and food waste. We reuse or recycle all plastic bags. Finally, we have a bin to collect dead or damaged batteries to send to a recycler.
We have a portable ramp that we are happy to set up (we're not able to add a permanent ramp) so that our clients in wheelchairs can easily access our space. All of our entryways are ADA-compliant. Our fitting rooms have plenty of space to accommodate whatever you need to make your fitting experience amazing!
We tailor clothing for folx of all ages! We also have a selection of kids' books to keep your kids distracted during your fitting. Please note: Because of the nature of our business (delicate fabrics/clothing and sharp objects), we ask that either someone who can make sure your kids don't get too curious around our shop accompany you or that your kids either stay in the fitting area or reception area. Thank you for your understanding.
Well-behaved pets are welcome! Because of the nature of our business (delicate fabrics/clothing and sharp objects), we cannot accommodate rowdy pets. We do have a water bowl at the ready and everyone on staff loves to love on pets.
Our all-gender restroom is available to all clients.
Korri (the owner, they/them pronouns) is queer and genderqueer. Everyone on staff is also a part of the LGBTQ+ rainbow!
Because we have loved ones and clients who are immunocompromised, we require masks to be worn while you're in the shop. We have masks available if needed.
