Main Line - Not as Bad as I thought by Mstracey107 on 7/2/2019
Tay came in like ghost busters with his jovial personality and kind spirit. He was absolutely awesome. We've been in our house 13 years and never had the main sewer line rodded out. Well needless to say I was terrified at what he'd find. To my surprise it wasn't bad at all. He inspected a few more things for us, gave us a little more peace of mind and even showed my husband how to check a couple of things.. Pricing was reasonable and the personal service provided was outstanding. Today it's hard to come by great service providers who make you feel comfortable because they TRULY enjoy what they do. Tay and his crew will get the call everytime we need help. Try them out. I promise you won't t be disappointed.

I Thank God for Simply Rodding. My husband and I had another Company come to our home due to us having issues with our hot water faucet in our Bath tub. We purchased another knob due to the old one being stripped, but could not put it on and contacted someone to assist. We were told that we needed new pipes and then the new knob was placed on there. We shortly realized the knob was not on secure and the hot water continued to come out slower and slower. We remembered that we had contacted Simply Rodding before and contacted them on a Saturday late afternoon and convinced ourselves that maybe we would just have to wait until Monday for them to come out. To our surprise we were told that someone would come out within the hour. Once again they did it for us. Not only did they come on time but fixed our problem within 2 hours. Now we have hot water and it comes out so good that I can now call our shower a power wash. They were so Professional and kind. We will never again call anyone to do our plumbing. They even gave us a name of someone that can help us replace the tiles on our walls. Simply Rodding we Thank you!!!!

The Simply Rodding team was professional,knowledgeable, and resolved my issue quickly...in a win win approach where my basement received limited additional water and waste impact. They made me comfortable with performing the work in my home and identified the root cause issue of my main line issue. They provided me recommendations to address the issue to proactively reduce this problem in the distant future. Although we all don't like water issues in our home I felt with the explanations shared, clear responses to a detailed customer many inquiries, the customer service rendered, the knowledge base of the team and rapid resolution and root cause identification was worth the price...thanks Simply Rodding.
