Established in 1985. It was 1977 when Chuck Woodstock opened the first Woodstock's Pizza near Oregon State in Corvallis, Oregon. His goal was to create a fun, student oriented pizzeria that dished up amazing pies using his grandmother's marinara recipe. From the beginning he focused on fresh, hand-tossed dough with a unique folded-over crust with sauce inside. He insisted on putting more toppings on the pizza than any of his competitors, so you get a taste of every topping in each bite.

What I love about this shop is their on-time pizza delivery. You don't have to queue for a very long time for you to have your pizzas.

Great taste, with artisan, classic pizza parlor twist. Love that Woodhouse is open/delivers late! Defiantly a recommended pizza spot for anyone living in PB or just visiting San Diego.

delicious but by jennifercastillo via Citysearch on 8/1/2007
they don't have consistent pizza makers every time I go there they make it different from the dough to the finished pie so you never know what you are getting each time but it usually turns out delicious \r
its also a bit expensive \r
Not my idea of good pizza by Joe F via Insider Pages on 5/3/2007
I wouldn't recommend Woodstocks Pizza. I know it has a strong following, especially in the SDSU student community, and I wish them well. But I beg to differ. Woodstocks is lousy pizza, plain and simple. Not necessarily a poor quality…
Yummy Wheat Crust Pizza by Sophia M. via Judy's Book on 9/10/2006
Woodstocks is a great place for pizza and salads. Definately a favorite with the SDSU college crowd, but still mellow enough to be family friendly. The menu features pizza, of course, as well as a variety of salads, that can be done…
We miss Woodstock's! by Joyce .. via Judy's Book on 8/4/2006
Oh the great joys of military life.... you find great places to eat and then Uncle Sam makes you move. Woodstock's is awesome. They are in a new spot that's much bigger than their old location. But it still has the same fun, college…
Garlic Chicken Pizza by James C via Insider Pages on 9/11/2005
They have some of the best pizza I've ever tasted. They might exceed the New York Style pizzas and California Pizza Kitchen. The cheese is so fresh and the bread so soft. Probably the best in San Diego.
OH MY GOSH! by Paula K via Insider Pages on 8/6/2005
The pizza is sooooooooo good here. I had tried it once in Santa Barbara before they even had a SD location and thought about it a lot! When I found out that they were here, I told my hubby we have to go! He didn't feel like pizza, but I…
De-li-cious! by Margaret D via Insider Pages on 8/2/2005
This has always been my favorite pizza place since discovering it in jr. high. Mostly frequented by SDSU students, they've got incredible fire-baked dough and toppings. Sign up for their email coupons.
Pizza by Carissa P via Insider Pages on 6/8/2005
A college students diet consists of pizza and beer. Woodstocks has both at decent prices with great service. With specials such as pint night and a large tv in the back area its a fun place to go when you need a break. Parking is easy and…
