We opened our Roasting Facility in 2012 to support the increase in business and distribution with the addition of our second location, Little Italy. Soon after, we opened a coffee cart inside the roasting facility- Bird Rock Coffee Morena Blvd. Over the years, this little coffee cart took off, and in 2020 we turned the location into a beautiful, fully built out cafe. During the week, as you walk in, you'll be greeted with the smells of freshly roasted coffee. Make sure to take a peek through the windows inside the cafe to catch a glimpse of our production team, hard at work, and our QC team making sure each coffee is 100%.
