Rude and disrespectful by Eric Epstein on 5/4/2024 Finally called me back after many text messages and emails and submitting all my insurance information identification and signature. He complained that the nine pages of paperwork they sent me were not filled out completely and if I was not capable of filling out the paperwork, how could I get any help from him and maybe my Difficulties were beyond his capabilities.I just didn’t want to fill out nine pages of paperwork. No medical practitioner has asked for that much paperwork so I told him to sit with me and fill it out. My disability doesn’t allow me to write so I just scribbled my sign on all the pages and send it back to him.
