Liz Chelak is remarkably attentive to your experiences and desires for realigning your mental health and priorities. She is an exceptionally good listener, compassionate, and adept at guiding you to rethink and reframe common modes of thinking in your life to ones more aligned with your goals and needs. I never experienced success with a therapist until I began seeing Liz, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to others without hesitation.

Dr. Steven Reisman is truly exceptional, setting the standard for what a doctor should be. He goes above and beyond to ensure his patients understand their diagnoses, taking the time to explain and clarify any questions they may have. Dr. Reisman's expertise and kindness shine through in his practice, and I feel incredibly fortunate that my general physician recommended him to me.

Dr. Eric Freeman was incredibly attentive and took the time to gather my injury history. I've been struggling with chronic low back pain that hasn't responded to any medication or treatment interventions.
