Personalized Services: We pride ourselves in the satisfaction of our customers, and that is why we are so committed to working with you to design the most convenient trash pickup service for you. This includes special accommodations for pets, and special accommodations for the elderly or disabled. Extra Trash: If you have or anticipating having an unusually large amount of trash for pickup please Contact Us and we will accommodate you (extra fee may apply). However, please be aware of our Large Item Pickup and Green Waste policy. Large Item Pickup: If you are a customer that receives our Residential Pickup Service, and has a large item for Pickup please contact Us within at least 24 hours of your next scheduled pickup. ?Large Items? include items such as a microwave oven, an old sofa, or carpeting. Large Items are not Extra Trash. You may find our Dumpster Rentals relevant to this topic. Green Waste/Yard Waste: We encourage all of our customers to utilize their municipal yard waste services.
