Terrible hair braids/bad customer service
My hair started looking like this after 1 week, I told her about how my braids started to come out and she wanted me to pay her again to fix her mistake. This was the worst hairstyle that she’s ever done & I don’t plan on going back again. My hair shouldn’t be looking like this after a week
