valentine’s day delivery
I am extremely disappointed by the late delivery on 17 evening which was actually due on 14 Feb. This was mine and my fiancé’s first Valentine’s Day and we were distant apart. Then there was no flower deliver also and Vic’s floral didn’t even attend my call or answer my email. Is this a professional attitude? I don’t expect from them.
